CEREMONY & DINING SCHEDULE

Weekly schedule

rider hand logo

We have ceremony 4 nights per week, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with rest nights every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Ceremony usually begins at 8pm unless otherwise instructed by the maestro. We serve breakfast and lunch on ceremony nights and dinner on rest nights every Thursday and Sunday. Our meals vary throughout the week and include a delicious variety of fresh local vegetables, fruit, river fish, chicken, rice, pasta, oats, chapo, plantain, and other foods in season, always prepared with strict adherence to the Aya healing diet.  Fresh fruit, bread, and hot tea are always available 24/7.

We have included our schedule below to give you an idea of what to prepare for. Should you wish to rest and not join in ceremony on any particular night, you can request dinner on the whiteboard in the dining hall. Please refer to the preparation & integration page for guidelines on diet and lifestyle restrictions required prior to your arrival, and the travel planning page for help on what you'll need for your stay with us.
